This double garage represented a sizeable new build structure constructed on the clients front lawn, which included a boarded loft space with Velux windows ideal for storage of the train set. Key CP, working with our construction partners undertook all aspects of the project including the hard landscaping.

On this occasion the client had obtained planning approval and building control drawings working directly with an Architect, we reviewed the drawings and provided practical consideration, which lead to collaboration with the Architects that offered improvements to the building protection from damp, ventilation and insulation. 

Key CP provided a complete package on this occasion for our client who was a property investor, after initial consultation we introduced an architectural designer who obtained the planning permission for the development, then to complement the designer we introduced an structural engineer to assist with the specification and building control drawings, then we put forward a tried and tested firm to handle the Building Control requirements.Working with our partners every aspect of the projects construction was delivered from our construction team.

The competed project resulted in a significant uplift to the houses resale value and also the yield if the house was let to tenants.
